Alyson was very helpful ensuring the house was ready for rental. She advised on the process, organised the EER/insulation inspection and provided contacts to trades required to get the house in tip top shape. She also organised photos and a drone video to show the house in its best light. It was advertised, open home held and tenants found in short order. Highly recommended
Wouldn't sell through anyone else. Alyson was the first and only realestate agent I met with when selling my townhouse. She was down to earth, honest and understanding.
